I need shirts printed and don't exactly know the first step. Can you provide some solid advice to help?
Absolutely. When it comes to textile printing, ordering "gungho" online is not the best answer. Whether you have a clothing line or just need shirts for a bachelorette party, we would be honored to personally assist you. Supertight owns up to its reputation by knowing everything available in the textile market and complimenting it with the proper print application. We will ask you a series of questions that will make the ordering process easier.
How long will my order take to complete?
Screen Printing -Generally our turn-around time is 10 business days after art has been submitted back for approval and garments are in our possession. If a project will take longer due to its complexity or its volume, we will give you an honest answer in order to make your deadline. If you are in a crunch and need it immediately, Rush Order fees may apply.

Embroidery - In most instances, orders with embroidery takes 16 business days after art has been submitted back for approval and garments are in our possession. If a project will take longer due to its complexity or its volume, we will give you an honest answer in order to make your deadline.

What type of apparel do you print?
We can print on a wide variety of garments. If it has a surface area, we will find a way to print on it. Our most common requests are for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. We have accounts with major textile vendors such as American Apparel, Bella + Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, Tie Dye, Comfort Colors, Independent Trading Co and many others.
Do I have to provide a design or will you do it for me?
We recommend our clients submit their own designs, but we would be happy to assist you in the design creation/correction process. Graphic design or art correction fees may apply.
When are payments due and what type of payments do you accept?
Supertight requires full payment at the time of the order being placed. We accept most forms of payment- physically and digitally. Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, cash & major credit cards.

Do you price match?
We try to be as competitive as possible to win over new customers. Supertight stands behind quality. In most instances, we will not accommodate price matching.

Do you deliver?
We can deliver if you are within a 15 mile radius of our Location for large orders over 150pcs. We encourage our locals to stop by and visit us when order is complete. Shipping and Handling rates may apply.

What type of files do you need?
Submitted Artwork will need to be in either a vector file (pdf, .ai) or a high resolution (300dpi minimum) image file such as .png .jpeg, .tiff, etc. Nice and clean artwork in means beautiful and crisp artwork produced!

Can you match colors in my design?
We can match colors to almost the exact PMS specifications or the art file! 100% cotton garments are practically no problem. Garments that are blended with polyester may slightly change the design color. We use specialty ink to avoid any sort of dye migration with blended garments but sometimes its difficult to stay true to its intended color.
